WHEN BOOKING YOUR PREFERRED EVENING, ALWAYS REMEMBER
to provide us with
YOUR NAME
CLASS #(s) & SELECTED Performance(s) * if a multiple award winner
and your
PREFERRED EVENING
*ARE YOU eligible for more than one award?
IF SO THEN, we kindly ask that you select ONLY ONE from each category i.e. solo, duets etc. for your STARS performance.
Example: If you have received a vocal solo, piano solo and instrumental solo invitation to STARS or multiple solo category invitations, then we ask that you choose only one of those to actually perform at the STARS concert although all awards would be presented on your chosen evening. If however, you have more than one duet with different partners or are part of multiple ensembles, then you are permitted to perform all duets and/or ensembles where the partners differ!
IMPORTANT NOTICE: Due to the # of performers we need to schedule in for STARS concerts, we regret we are unable to contact everyone to confirm their booking requests. As a result - only those RECIPIENTS WITH CONFLICTS for their requested evening WILL BE CONTACTED in order to re-schedule!
STARS programs for each evening will then be posted on this site BY NOON on the day of each performance.
